Values are the principles and standards which we hold dear. They must be embraced, and must resonate within the hearts of all who choose to join themselves to this network. They cause us to "stand up and pound the table." They are the core issues which cause us to think and act in the same manner without a set of legalistic rules of conduct.
- NOAH TECHNOLOGY – We strongly believe in the same mind-set and technology that Noah built upon. He built an ark that looked completely different from the systems of his day. He didn’t rely upon the externals around him to validate his accuracy. He looked into the future and built structures which were based upon his destination. Likewise, we value the same mentality – we want to build upon what the Lord is currently saying, regardless of how different it might look.
- IMPARTATION – We strongly believe that apostolic grace is something imparted. Therefore we value the need for continued upgrading in all areas of all lives and ministries, and we believe that grace comes from a God–given direction, that is from the top down. Therefore we embrace the reality that there must be a primary source of apostolic impartation.
- PARTNERSHIP – We believe in building upon the Davidic technology of partnership as expressed in 1 Chron. 11:10: . . . “And these were the heads of the mighty men (issues of personal strength) whom David had (issues of divine connections and covenant) who strengthened themselves with him (issues of partnership in personal growth) in his kingdom with all Israel (movement to wider corporate participation) to make him king (recognition of the primary anointing) according to the word of the Lord (need for prophetic accuracy) concerning Israel.”
Partnership in this scripture is based upon:
- Divine connections and covenant
- Mutual strengthening
- Building bridges into new territories
- The recognition of a primary apostolic source
- The voice of God
- TEAM MINISTRY – We believe that team ministry is essential for accurate building. In the context of apostolic networking, we believe that team can be defined as the primary vision holder and primary resource who surrounds himself with other qualified leaders who jointly work together to lead an apostolic network. Therefore, the network is not based upon one individual’s calling, reputation, or anointing but is an expression of the “corporate man.”
- RELATIONSHIP – The core of all our operation is the joining together of like-minded individuals who voluntarily choose to build covenant relationships through:
- On-going and frequent communication
- Shared Values
- Shared Vision
Out of these relationships come the by-products of encouragement, direction, accountability, etc.
- INTEGRITY – We value true Biblical integrity – embracing truth which will lead us to the reality of the wholeness of Christ. Integrity not just based upon in words but also by our actions. It is a lifestyle free of hypocrisy and external conformity, and whose relationships are based upon the principles of honoring.
- SHARED OWNERSHIP – The network doesn’t belong to any one person – it belongs to whomever God joins. It is based upon the principle of synergy – all parties fully involved and contributing for the benefit of the entire organization. Those who choose relationship will be encouraged and expected to take joint ownership. Shared ownership will be encouraged, assuring each individual member the freedom to seek God’s full will for their lives.
- CROSS-PLATFORMING – We value the biblical concept that the Kingdom knows no boundaries. Therefore we encourage cross-streaming (building relationships with other streams) as a viable way of sharing ideas, concepts, principles, and resources.
- REFORMATION – We embrace the message and process of reformation – that we are instruments of change and that the current systems utilized by the Church are inadequate to bring us into full maturity. We are not satisfied with external change only, but place great value on personal migration and internal reform.
- MENTORING – We firmly believe in the need to “bring sons to the table.” The network will not only be a support for those “at the top” but inclusive to empower those who are emerging. (Mal 4:6)
- RANKING – We adhere to the principle that God has ordained various levels of grace to operate within the context of any Kingdom community. Therefore, ranking is not about control or ownership, but about recognizing and respecting God given authority through spiritual discernment.
- MUTATION – As an organism, we understand the validity and the necessity of living in a state of continuous change. We embrace change whose source is divine in origin. Therefore we are committed to staying open, flexible, teachable, and humble as God continues to reveal His pattern for the Church and for planet earth. This value is a key to successfully migrating into greater levels of grace and accuracy.
